The Payasam Cooking Challenge will be presented as a Virtual Competition from October 9th & 10th, 2021..
The event is being held as an online competition and participants(max 30 nos) from all over the State are being invited to take part in this unique culinary event. Senior Chefs from SICA Kerala Chapter will be the Judging Panel for this competition.
